UVEX 1 85438 S1 FO SR ESD – breathable safety shoes

During a working day spent largely on the move, reducing pressure and heat build-up can make a noticeable difference. uvex 1 85438 S1 FO SR ESD breathable safety shoes feature a particularly lightweight construction with perforated, climate-optimised materials that encourage airflow during extended wear.

The high-tech microvelour upper is virtually seam-free, helping to minimise potential pressure points. A removable antistatic footbed transports moisture and provides additional shock absorption beneath the heel and forefoot, while soft padding around the tongue and collar improves contact comfort. Individually adjustable elastic laces with a quick-release system make fitting and removal faster and easier.

Toe protection is provided by the compact, anatomically shaped uvex xenova® 100% metal-free toe cap, which combines good lateral stability with no thermal conductivity. The ergonomic dual-density PU/PU outsole delivers SR slip resistance and resistance to oil and petrol. ESD performance makes the shoes suitable for areas where electrostatic discharge must be controlled.
