DELIVERY INFORMATION
ProSAFE delivers orders to the address specified by the Customer when placing the Order. Delivery conditions and times may vary depending on Product availability, quantity ordered and destination.
DELIVERY COST
The standard delivery charge is RON 20, VAT included.
For Orders with a value of at least RON 500, VAT included, standard delivery is free of charge.
The delivery cost applicable to the Order is displayed during checkout before the Order is submitted.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products available through prosafe.ro may have different availability periods.
Availability information displayed in the online store is provided for information purposes and may depend on ProSAFE's own stock, suppliers' availability or manufacturers' lead times.
For Products that are not available for immediate dispatch, the estimated availability or delivery time will be communicated or confirmed according to actual availability.
ProSAFE does not apply a universal 5–7 day availability or delivery period to all Products.
If an ordered Product can no longer be supplied as initially anticipated, we will contact the Customer to explain the situation and, where appropriate, provide a revised estimated delivery time, an available alternative or the option to cancel the Product or Order.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time depends on Product availability, quantity ordered, delivery destination and the carrier's services.
For Products available for dispatch, the Order will be prepared and handed over to the carrier as soon as reasonably possible after the Order has been confirmed.
For Products requiring replenishment, the estimated availability or delivery time will be communicated or confirmed to the Customer.
Where an Order contains Products with different availability periods, ProSAFE may agree with the Customer to deliver the complete Order together or to make separate shipments.
Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guarantee of an exact delivery date where delivery depends on suppliers, manufacturers, carriers or other circumstances beyond ProSAFE's reasonable control.
For Consumers, the statutory rights and delivery periods provided by applicable legislation shall apply in all cases.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact details that enable delivery to be carried out.
If the information provided is incomplete or requires clarification, ProSAFE may contact the Customer before dispatching the Order.
Upon receiving the parcel, we recommend checking the external condition of the packaging. If there is significant visible damage, we recommend reporting it to the carrier and informing ProSAFE.
ORDERS WITH UNUSUAL VOLUME OR WEIGHT
For Orders which, due to their quantity, weight, volume or the nature of the Products, require special transport arrangements, ProSAFE may inform the Customer of the applicable conditions and any additional delivery costs before dispatch.
Any additional cost beyond that initially displayed will be communicated to the Customer and will not be applied without prior notice.
